Direct Voice to Speaker in PC without any software

1. First Go to Control Panel.
2. In Control Panel, click on Sound.
3. On top of the Sound Menu, select the Second option "Recording"
4. Select active microphone and select Properties
5. On the top of the microphone properties menu select second option "Listen"
6. Tick the box "Listen to the Device"
7. And then Apply.
